Do you sign NDAs, and who owns the code?
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before you share project details, and every contract includes full IP assignment: once paid for, the code, designs, and data are entirely yours.
How do you handle GDPR and data protection for European clients?
We sign a Data Processing Agreement before any personal data is processed and use the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for EU to India transfers. Access is limited to the engineers on your project.
What timezone overlap can we expect?
