These terms
These terms govern your use of code-spark.com, the website of Codespark Infotech Private Limited. By browsing the site or sending us an enquiry you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
They cover the website only. If you engage us to build or maintain software, that work is governed by the signed proposal, statement of work or master services agreement between us, and where those documents conflict with these terms, they win.
Using the site
You may read, print and share our pages for your own business purposes. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its hosting, upload anything malicious through our form, or use the contact form to send us unsolicited sales pitches or bulk mail.
Our content
The text, design, code, logos and images on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine and welcome. Republishing whole pages, or reusing our design or copy for a competing site, is not.
Client names, logos and project descriptions appear with permission and remain the property of those clients.
Estimates and information
Prices, timelines and capability descriptions on this site are indicative and offered in good faith to help you judge whether to talk to us. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on this site creates a contract. A binding price and timeline comes only from a written proposal signed by both of us after we have scoped your project.
We keep the site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error free, or that it will always be available.
What you send us
You keep ownership of everything you send through our contact form. You give us permission to read it, store it and use it to prepare a reply and a proposal, and nothing else. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Before you share anything commercially sensitive, ask us for a mutual NDA, we sign them as a matter of course and at no cost.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on information published on it. Our total liability arising from the website is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in connection with it, which for a visitor is nothing, or INR 10,000.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Amravati, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of mandatory law in their own country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date below tells you when it last changed.
